Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical studies for utility and industrial/commercial clients across conventional and renewable generation, substations, transmission, and distribution systems.
  • •Conduct protective relaying work including short-circuit and symmetrical component analysis, coordination, relay settings, and protection criteria development.
  • •Deliver power system planning studies such as outage contingency analysis, P-V/Q-V analysis for voltage stability margins, and dynamic stability performance with batch simulation workflows.
  • •Execute infrastructure design studies including substation grounding, insulation coordination, transient simulation, and power quality analyses (harmonics, flicker, over/under voltage).
  • •Apply responsible and ethical conduct, adhere to health and safety policies, and perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • •8-12 years of power system studies experience.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset with excellent research skills.
  • •General understanding of electrical engineering as applied to design engineering of large capital projects.
