Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables and manage expectations.
  • •Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.
  • •Lead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions aligned with client objectives and identify gaps.
  • •Provide oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including coding standards and leading code reviews.
  • •Handle technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration, and troubleshoot/debug issues as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong CRM experience with a solid background on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Expert-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
  • •Understanding of systems architecture to design scalable, performance-driven solutions with large-data best practices.
  • •Familiarity with platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
  • •Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems using tools such as ETL and reporting, plus release/environment management and security (TLS/SSL).
