Accurately gather, record, and maintain production data across poultry processing departments to support plant operations. Monitor production lines and document hourly counts, downtime, yields, and other operational metrics, entering and verifying data in computer systems or tracking software. Track product movement and inventory information, prepare reports for supervisors, and maintain organized records for auditing, food safety, biosecurity, and OSHA compliance.
