  • •Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy for a highly automated manufacturing campus.
  • •Lead maintenance operations across multiple technologies, including MCB assembly, plastic injection, PCBA, and automated production systems.
  • •Drive equipment reliability, availability, and performance through preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • •Establish equipment, spare parts, and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and downtime.
  • •Build, coach, and develop multi-skilled maintenance teams; ensure maintenance readiness for installation, commissioning, qualification, and ramp-up, while monitoring KPIs and CAPEX and ensuring EHS/MESH and regulatory compliance.
