Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, analyze, and validate optical datacom system components using photonics and electrical/signal concepts.
  • •Conduct program-level cross-disciplinary trades to minimize SWaP-C while meeting throughput and reliability/uptime needs.
  • •Plan and execute verification testing including environmental, functional, reliability, and fault injection tests.
  • •Review test data, lead anomaly investigation and resolution, and maintain link models and system capability data.
  • •Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and software/automation teams to support manufacturability and automated link tuning, operation, and qualification.

Key Requirements
