Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for search and discovery within Docusign Agreement Manager, aligned to the broader IAM platform strategy.
  • •Lead the user experience for searching, filtering, sorting, and exploring agreements, partnering closely with Design and Research.
  • •Improve search quality and relevance using experimentation, ranking, and result presentation; define KPIs, implement tracking, and use data to refine the experience.
  • •Deliver cohesive workflows that connect search, chat, and worksheets so customers can ask natural-language questions, get trusted answers, and take action.
  • •Partner with AI, Search, and Engineering teams to bring AI-first features to market (including natural language search, conversational query experiences, and proactive recommendations).

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of product management experience for SaaS products and services, or 8+ years with a Master's degree, with ownership of user-facing search/discovery experiences.
  • •Experience building data- and metrics-driven products, defining KPIs, instrumenting telemetry, and running experiments to improve outcomes.
  • •Cross-functional experience with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Data Science/Analytics, Program Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support.
  • •Ability to lead complex, user-facing initiatives end to end—from problem discovery and concept validation through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • •Strong experience with search/discovery products and AI/ML-powered user experiences (e.g., natural language search, conversational interfaces, recommendations, semantic search).
