Key Responsibilities

  • •Design complete mixed-signal and RF schematics covering power, digital, and RF sections.
  • •Perform or lead PCB placement and routing with signal integrity, EMC, and RF constraints (including 6–8 layer controlled impedance layouts).
  • •Select components and optimize BOM cost, availability, and reliability for mass production volumes.
  • •Lead hardware bring-up and debug using bench equipment, and write bring-up scripts when needed.
  • •Collaborate with embedded software and mechanical teams, and support supplier/manufacturing ramp-up including DFM/DFA review and NPI transitions.

Key Requirements

  • •Designed and shipped complex PCBs into production, ideally mixing digital and power.
  • •Strong PCB schematic and layout skills with rigorous attention to bring-up and debugging.
  • •Experience with RF PCB design including controlled impedance, antenna matching, and EMC management.
  • •Experience with mixed-signal hardware design (power management, MCU interfaces, communication buses such as SPI, I2C, UART, USB, and CAN).
  • •Experience driving DFM/DFA for manufacturing and managing BOM/component selection for cost and reliability.
