Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
  • •Current or prior engineering experience operating at the VP level within an established technology company.
  • •15+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 8+ years in senior people management roles, and preferably 4+ years leading global teams and internal customers.
  • •Proven success building a high-performing team and delivering organizational efficiencies.
  • •Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, modern cloud-native architecture, and AI-native software development lifecycle practices.
