Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete monthly BvA analysis and book accruals across cost of sales and professional fee accounts, coordinating with FP&A to ensure ledger accuracy.
  • •Prepare detailed balance sheet and reconciliations, ensuring SOX-compliant documentation and support.
  • •Ensure SOX compliance in all accounting activities and assist in monthly/quarterly reporting packages with variance analyses.
  • •Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and automation to enhance efficiency and analytical capabilities.
  • •Collaborate with global finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to improve close timelines and financial understanding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting; ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • •Minimum of 3+ years of PQE or 5+ years progressive finance/accounting experience.
  • •Proven experience with consolidated financial statements, US GAAP, and SOX reporting is essential.
  • •Experience working at the corporate level for publicly-traded companies.
  • •Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills, with a track record of providing decision support and financial leadership.
