Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with managers day to day to drive strong team performance and growth using People processes.
  • •Protect fairness and consistency in People decisions, including handling exceptions with the right judgment.
  • •Handle sensitive employee situations and investigations, advising managers and employees through complex matters.
  • •Own and improve key moments of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance cycles, mobility, probation, and L&D.
  • •Ensure People practices stay compliant with labor law in collaboration with People Ops.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years of experience in People Operations with HR Business Partnering focus, ideally in a fast-paced company or startup.
  • •Strong judgment to know when to push back vs. adjust, including comfort with senior stakeholder conversations.
  • •Solid grounding in French labor law, with comfort navigating sensitive employee relations topics.
  • •Ability to build trust quickly while setting clear boundaries and protecting confidentiality.
  • •Fluent in French and English.
