Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair cranes and heavy equipment to ensure team proficiency.
  • •Implement process improvements and physical upgrades to improve reliability.
  • •Execute preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance procedures for lifting and heavy equipment systems.
  • •Create and manage basic and complex work orders, including rework dispositions and functional/leak checks post-rework.
  • •Train and mentor the operations team so equipment operators can self-diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform common repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience with crane and heavy equipment service and maintenance.

  • •Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted; capable of working at heights.
