•Perform field inspections in accordance with NBIS and local agency requirements.
•Oversee inspection teams in the field, mentoring and training junior staff on inspection methodologies and best practices.
•Complete quality control reviews of inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, and standards compliance.
•Perform load ratings for in-service and new bridges using applicable codes and specifications.
•Provide structural design and prepare inspection reports and technical documentation for submission to client agencies and stakeholders, ensuring OSHA and safety compliance during field operations.

•Frequent travel to project and field locations, including potential overnight stays.
•Frequent lifting of equipment up to 50 pounds unassisted.
