Key Responsibilities

  • •Start with one or two anchor domains (backend, frontend, or DevOps) and develop deep expertise, then expand knowledge across all three.
  • •Translate product requirements into precise system specs using BDD/TDD shared language between human intent and AI generation.
  • •Integrate AI tools throughout the full development lifecycle, including spec writing, test generation, code review, and debugging.
  • •Own the full engineering cycle from requirements/spec to AI-assisted implementation, architecture-aware review across frontend/backend/QA/DevOps, and data-driven validation.
  • •Use service reliability signals and feature-usage tracking as a feedback loop to validate outcomes and drive the next iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related fields.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) in a real project or side project.
  • •Ability to write clear BDD/TDD specs that scope AI-assisted development.
  • •Ability to provide effective context when working with AI so output quality depends on input quality.
  • •Habit of critically reviewing AI-generated code, including awareness of API contracts, data models, and security boundaries.
