Job Summary

Global Category Manager responsible for optimizing POS materials (glassware, parasols, prints) across Carlsberg Group. Leads category spend analysis, develops global strategies, drives sourcing and best practices, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to deliver efficiencies. Key Responsibilities

•Managing and further improving the current portfolio of glassware, parasols & printed materials.
•Map categories’ spend cube and identify areas, sub-categories for optimization.
•Develop global category strategies for the different sub-categories of POS materials.
•Based on the category strategy either conduct global sourcing or develop best practice processes, tools and ways of working for the regions and markets to enable more efficient investment of these materials.
•Working with key senior global, regional and local stakeholders and procurement teams to deliver significant efficiencies in the POS materials area.

•Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across functions collaboratively.
•Experience in developing and executing global category strategies for POS materials.
