Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the complete lifecycle of import and export licenses from issuance to closure.
  • •Ensure compliance with customs, trade, and central bank regulations for all import/export transactions.
  • •Prepare, verify, and submit required documentation, including declarations, certificates, invoices, and insurance documents.
  • •Monitor license deadlines and compliance status, resolving discrepancies proactively.
  • •Maintain accurate tracking systems and structured records and collaborate with internal teams, banks, and external stakeholders to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Diploma in Economics, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
