Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a Coach brand ambassador—meeting personal and store sales goals while supporting daily operations. Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Maintain service standards while completing cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
