Key Responsibilities

  • •Synthesize the Voice of the Marketer from webinar producers, internal hosts, and digital marketers to shape platform roadmap priorities and governance decisions.
  • •Own the webinar technology platform roadmap, including defining, prioritizing, maintaining the roadmap, and collaborating with vendors via advisory boards and beta programs.
  • •Manage enterprise vendor relationships for the webinar technology platform, covering licensing strategy, contract renewals, SLA governance, and escalations across vendor teams.
  • •Define and track platform KPIs (uptime, stream quality, registration throughput) and translate performance data into product direction.
  • •Drive platform adoption by implementing strategies for standard processes and maximum utilization across global marketing and sales teams while ensuring privacy/security compliance and governing roles, permissioning, and escalation paths.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in digital product management, program management, product operations, or a related field, ideally in Digital Enterprise Technology or Marketing Technology.
  • •Ability to own a product/platform roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into technical requirements while managing global operational complexity.
  • •Experience managing enterprise SaaS vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, licensing models, renewals, and SLA governance in coordination with Procurement and Legal.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills, including bridging non-technical business stakeholders with engineering and vendor product teams.
  • •Working familiarity with AI/ML concepts in marketing technology, including use of tools like Claude and Slackbot for prototypes and evaluating AI capabilities in vendor roadmaps.
