Job Summary

Lead a senior product/NPI program management team within AMD’s AECG Embedded group, driving cradle-to-grave execution of embedded development programs. Own end-to-end product stack plans across pre-silicon, SoC engineering, post-silicon validation, BIOS, reference boards, drivers, quality/yield, and manufacturing partners. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, secure gate approvals, scale process rigor and efficiency, and report risks and tradeoffs to executives to deliver roadmap embedded products to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale the product program management team to support increasing numbers and scope of embedded programs.
•Provide oversight to program managers, resolve dependencies and bottlenecks, and ensure programs track execution metrics with agile planning.
•Coordinate concept, feasibility, and planning exit milestones, securing required senior management approvals during gate reviews.
•Drive key BU initiatives such as yield improvements and DPPM improvements, including adoption of methodologies like ASPICE.
•Prepare end-to-end NPI-to-post-NPI plans, craft lightweight processes to improve rigor and efficiency, manage escalations, and present executive status reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,710 - 306,360 annually

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in product program management in semiconductor companies, including strong NPI program execution.
•Experience leading a team of NPI program managers at director level or above and creating/deploying processes for efficiency and scale.
•Strong program management and execution skills with familiarity with project management tools.
•Broad technical knowledge across product stack components such as SoC, BIOS, platforms, SW/tools, and manufacturing.
•Proven track record enabling multiple NPI programs resulting in successful products.
