Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Engineering Capital Appropriation Requests as a subject matter expert through project maturation, documentation, and approvals.
  • •Develop project requirements and design concepts with cross-functional teams and review estimates to verify alignment and compliance.
  • •Oversee infrastructure projects to completion, including capital and expense budgeting and oversight.
  • •Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and serve as an interface between Engineering laboratories, business units, and other functions.
  • •Assess existing labs and infrastructure, understand future business needs, and leverage SMEs to deliver integrated solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing owner’s project requirements/current facility requirements (OPR/CFR) and reviewing architectural and MEP design drawings.
