Job Summary

Safely and efficiently support warehouse operations by pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, palletizing, wrapping, and transporting Pepsi products and materials. Verify inbound and outbound product accuracy and quality, maintain required records (e.g., BOLs and pick tickets), and count returned goods. Operate warehouse and material-handling equipment (including forklifts) and interact with automation/voice-pick and warehouse management systems, while following safety, GMP, and food-safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform warehouse tasks including pulling, loading/unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, replenishing, and counting products, materials, and packaging.
•Verify accuracy and quality for items received from vendors and shipped to customers, including check-in/check-out duties and recordkeeping (e.g., BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
•Count and process returned goods that are damaged, full, and/or empty.
•Operate yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading, and operate warehouse/material-handling equipment (including single/double forklifts) safely for storage, staging, retrieval, replenishment, and shipment.
•Interact with automation systems and screens/voice pick systems to verify and record product information, troubleshoot basic system issues, and follow safety, GMP, and food-safety rules.

Key Requirements

•Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
•At least six months of forklift experience (preferred).
•Comfort with computer/human machine interface skills and using warehouse management systems, paper pick tickets, and automation screens.
•Strong math, reading, writing, and communication skills for counting goods and understanding product labels and load ticket instructions.
•Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with hot/humid or cold conditions.
