Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate strategy into phased plans, manage risks and trade-offs, and drive cross-team alignment. Coordinate operational excellence by shaping high-impact meetings and outcomes. Define project success metrics, build systems to track impact, and support EPAD’s virtual-first culture through practical rituals and workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end strategic initiatives for EPAD by partnering with executive and functional leaders to identify opportunities, drive alignment, and implement solutions.
•Build phased plans to turn strategy into execution, accounting for bandwidth, decision-maker alignment, and rollout timing while spotting risks early.
•Coordinate operational excellence by shaping meeting agendas, keeping conversations focused, and navigating trade-offs to ensure outcomes lead to action.
•Act as connective tissue across EPAD by connecting parallel work, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned, and reducing duplicated effort.
•Define project success metrics, build tracking systems, and course-correct as needed; support future-of-work and culture through EPAD workstreams and rituals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,200 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or program management roles in high-growth tech or similarly fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
•Direct experience supporting or collaborating with technical orgs (Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Design), with an understanding of how these teams operate and what slows them down.
•Led cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1, independently scoping work, building alignment across functions, and managing execution without a preset roadmap.
•Worked with executive stakeholders to turn loosely defined goals into clear plans and influence through insight.
•Confidently navigate shifting priorities while managing execution to measurable outcomes.
