Job Summary

Lead a team of instructional designers and a multimedia producer to build scalable, high-impact learning programs for new hires and ongoing product education. Use a strategic, operational approach to streamline workflows and design enablement that supports frontline pros and key business priorities. Partner cross-functionally to identify learning needs, adopt emerging learning technologies (including AI), and define success metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor instructional designers and a multimedia producer, setting priorities and unblocking challenges.
•Oversee end-to-end creation of onboarding, continuous learning, and product or process change learning programs.
•Collaborate across teams to identify learning needs, align on goals, and co-create training that supports business objectives and user experience.
•Build and refine operational workflows to improve content management, team efficiency, and scalability.
•Explore and implement emerging tools (including AI) to enhance learning technology, content design, engagement, and measurement of outcomes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a leadership role managing instructional design, L&D, or enablement teams in high-growth or fast-changing environments.
•Proven ability to create effective, engaging learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
•Hands-on experience with learning tool stacks, content authoring tools, and ideally AI-based solutions for content development and management.
•Ability to set vision and drive execution, including building processes, defining KPIs, and managing complex projects.
•Strong communication and cross-functional skills to align stakeholders and translate business goals into enablement solutions for diverse audiences.
