Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and identifying opportunities for clients’ financial wellness.
  • •Listen for needs during in-person and phone conversations and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related deposit and lending products, including certificates of deposit and home equity/unsecured lending as applicable.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations including teller-line assistance as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel).
