Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and govern the business process framework, standards, and lifecycle controls across Project Falcon.
  • •Develop and maintain process modelling standards, templates, naming conventions, taxonomies, and governance controls.
  • •Manage the process repository with ownership clarity, version control, traceability, and accessibility.
  • •Create detailed end-to-end process designs with process owners, workstream leads, and SMEs, including system interactions, business rules, controls, data dependencies, and hand-offs.
  • •Review process artefacts for quality and readiness, translate designs into configuration/testing inputs, validate configured SAP solutions, and support defect/issue resolution across workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in business process management within large-scale ERP, enterprise systems, or transformation programmes.
  • •Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • •Strong process modelling expertise with experience implementing process governance frameworks.
  • •Track record creating detailed end-to-end process designs covering controls, systems, data flows, integrations, and hand-offs.
  • •Experience managing process repositories including metadata, ownership, and version control.
