Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality counselling and/or brief interventions with excellent clinical outcomes.
  • •Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based interventions.
  • •Work independently within professional guidelines and Bupa service policies, including following case management processes.
  • •Provide face-to-face sessions, and offer signposting or onward referrals as needed.
  • •Conduct group psychoeducation and support wellbeing through remote presentations, workshops, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist or NCPS professional accredited registrant or UKCP registered psychotherapeutic counsellor/psychotherapist.
  • •3 years of full-time post-qualification counselling experience.
  • •Experience with general adult mental health specialism.
  • •Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop formulations to support evidence-based interventions.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft systems and electronic medical record systems.
