Associate Food Scientist - Omaha

Under direct supervision, develop new food products from concept through commercialization by researching, running experiments, gathering data, and producing written reports. Execute plant trials and product start-ups using pilot plant equipment, maintain accurate records, and use an online specification system. Collaborate with the team on product cutting, testing, and prototypes while following safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
