Job Summary

Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that streamline marketing operations at Sonar. Partner with marketing teams to map automation opportunities, deploy and monitor agent lifecycles, and integrate with the existing marketing tooling stack. Produce dashboards and impact reporting on efficiency gains, error reduction, and throughput. Stay current on AI agent frameworks and automation platforms while ensuring data quality, privacy, and auditability.

Key Responsibilities

•Map and prioritize marketing automation opportunities with marketing stakeholders to eliminate manual work and reduce errors.
•Design and build AI agents and automated workflows for content production, campaign operations, reporting, lead routing, and personalization.
•Deploy, monitor, debug, and iterate on deployed agents to ensure reliability and performance as usage grows.
•Track and report automation efficiency and impact metrics (time saved, error rates, throughput) for marketing leadership.
•Collaborate with Marketing Tooling & AI Operations and ensure automations handle marketing data responsibly with privacy and auditability; document and enable stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years building marketing automations/workflows that improved team efficiency.
•Deep, hands-on knowledge of marketing processes and tools including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, campaign ops, analytics, and content workflows.
•Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) and ability to extend with scripting using Python and/or JavaScript.
•Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Assistants) or ability to ramp quickly.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
