Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and execute the full client life cycle, responding to and resolving complex client requests.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert for treasury management and deposit operations, using technical skills to support client requests.
  • •Manage work distribution for the designated team, facilitate cross-training, and report production, turnaround times, and key metrics to management.
  • •Ensure service level standards for sales, customer service, turnaround time, risk management, regulatory compliance, audit soundness, productivity, and efficiency.
  • •Assist leadership with data-analytics-driven strategic business initiatives and may mentor and develop junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, or a similar field.
  • •High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, new account opening, loan administration, and treasury management/commercial banking products.
  • •Intermediate to advanced business, legal, and technical writing ability with knowledge of industry-standard writing specifications.
  • •Previous leadership experience preferred, with advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
