Key Requirements

  • •Degree in HR management or a comparable field with specialization in HR/management, or equivalent training.
  • •5–10 years of professional experience across multiple HR functions, primarily in operational HR.
  • •Deep knowledge of individual and collective labor law and applicable industry collective agreements.
  • •Leadership experience, ideally in an international context.
  • •Fluent German and English, plus willingness to travel.
