Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Instacart+ differentiated positioning and messaging across acquisition and lifecycle strategies.
  • •Build member value messaging and lifecycle programs delivered across email, push, in-app, and paid.
  • •Partner with growth and performance marketing teams to develop and test messaging frameworks that convert trial users and lapsed members.
  • •Bring member insights from qualitative and quantitative research into roadmap conversations to shape what gets built next.
  • •Own briefs, messaging, and channel strategy for new Instacart+ feature launches through post-launch performance review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 153,000 - 161,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 4+ years in product marketing.
  • •Proven ownership of GTM strategy for a subscription, membership, or loyalty program with measurable results.
  • •Fluency in subscription/loyalty marketing mechanics (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, churn) and how to move the levers with marketing.
  • •Ability to synthesize consumer research, behavioral data, and competitive signals into positioning and messaging.
  • •Experience influencing product roadmaps with a strong customer-voice contribution, plus strong written and verbal communication.
