Job Summary

Lead and support ERP transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA) focusing on Order-to-Cash processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy ERP solutions, drive data mapping and cutover activities, and ensure alignment with RTX operating model. Build functional specs, document processes, and guide multi-country deployments across global S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide guidance on utilizing the ERP system effectively.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that leverage S/4HANA, enhancing workstream processes in alignment with RTX operating model and industry best practices.
•Support the creation of new and innovative solutions to support digital and business strategies and common design aspirations.
•Assist data team and process teams in data mapping activities and testing.
•Document common solutions, including configuration documents, process flows and data policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
•7+ years of hands-on SAP SD / Order-to-Cash experience including configuration, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support
•Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order Management processes including Sales Order Processing, ATP, Backorder Processing, Delivery Management, Returns, Customer Master, and Billing integration
•Experience designing and implementing end-to-end Order-to-Cash solutions in global SAP environments
•Strong understanding of integration between Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service functions
