•Develop and implement stage-gate frameworks, including clear approval logic, governance criteria, and decision authority levels
•Oversee Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and whole-life cost modelling, ensuring CAPEX and OPEX considerations are fully integrated into early-stage decisions
•Lead the integration of value, objectives, risk, and asset criticality into decision-making frameworks to support balanced, data-driven outcomes
•Establish standardized methodologies and tools for evaluating investment options, including financial, technical, and operational trade-offs
