Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable next-generation DRAM in the manufacturing fab by ramping production yield and delivering high-quality DRAM products.
  • •Analyze electrical test results and provide feedback to process integration, defining actions based on learning from electrical data.
  • •Drive improvements in device performance and reliability by proposing and/or running DOE on silicon.
  • •Perform device characterization and deep dives to understand device performance and reliability issues.
  • •Monitor and maintain device performance on the production line to meet production-grade specifications, and communicate results to large audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
  • •Some background in semiconductor device characterization.
  • •Knowledge of programming languages (such as C++ and Python) and software tools (plus).
