Job Summary

Senior Data Scientist (Product Analytics) to drive product improvements through advanced analytics, experiment design, and cross-surface measurement of the DFM AI + IQE integration. You will design KPI frameworks, build dashboards, and partner with product, engineering, and Siemens teams to translate data into actionable product insights across in-CAD and marketplace surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

•Advanced Analytics: Conduct comprehensive analysis of product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
•Experimentation Design & Management: Design, implement, and manage A/B tests, causal analysis, and other experiments. Define clear hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics.
•Experimentation Analysis: Analyze experiment results using statistical methods, providing detailed reports and recommendations. Identify statistically significant findings and translate them into actionable insights.
•Integration Measurement: Own the measurement and experimentation strategy for the embedded DFM AI + IQE integration with our partner. Define success metrics and instrumentation across in-CAD experience and Xometry marketplace, design cross-surface experiments and causal analyses, and quantify the funnel from designer intent to manufactured part.
•KPI Definition & Tracking: Define KPIs and establish robust tracking and reporting mechanisms for PLM/CAD and marketplace contexts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

•Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., CS, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics)
•6–8 years of relevant experience

•SQL is a must; Python is a nice-to-have; experience with Looker is desirable
