Job Summary

Join the System Installation Stress Engineering team within the Stress Department, working in a multi-program fuselage engineering organization with a global view of aircraft system installation design and justifications. You’ll manage stress-related system installation work packages, coordinate subcontractor stress activities, help validate justification reports for certification, perform preliminary structural analysis and generate stress sheets/reports, and support manufacturing and in-service aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage different activities of system installation work packages regarding Stress activities.
•Coordinate stress activities of sub-contractors, including follow-up of plan, methods, and policies.
•Participate in the validation of justification reports for certification.
•Perform preliminary structural analysis and prepare stress sheets and stress reports for structural components.
•Provide support to manufacturing and in-service aircraft.

•Graduation in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with proven knowledge of structure and stress structure.
•Static stress experience (at least 4 years) and proven experience in materials stress (FEM, etc.).

•Good level of knowledge of Airbus calculation methods and tools.
•Advanced English and French.
