Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure statutory reports are timely and accurately filed for multiple allocated reporting units and legal entities.
  • •Derive statutory financials per local GAAP or IFRS (by region), based on US-GAAP group reporting.
  • •Ensure allocated entities’ transactions and obligations are properly accounted for and correctly reported for statutory purposes.
  • •Manage internal and external audit requirements and drive the statutory audit to completion in a timely manner.
  • •Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations/books & record provisions and support SOX compliance; liaise with stakeholders to maintain deadlines and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in finance or economics (preferably in accounting).
  • •Ongoing or completed ACCA is a plus.
  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience as a financial auditor or as a key contact to external financial auditors within an international matrix organization.
  • •US-GAAP or IFRS accounting knowledge, including independently preparing IFRS-based statutory financial statements including notes (preferred).
  • •Fluency in English (written and oral); local language is a plus.
