Key Responsibilities

  • •Run supplier security assessments by reviewing agent-prefilled outputs, evaluating vendor controls and evidence, determining residual risk, and routing deeper assessments when needed.
  • •Operate supplier issue management and risk treatment: document findings with severity, owner, and due date; drive remediation; record risk acceptances; and escalate open issues to the risk register.
  • •Perform continuous monitoring after approval by reopening assessments on defined triggers (e.g., data classification changes, new SOC 2 reports, new subprocessors, vendor incidents) and investigating drift signals.
  • •Improve the supplier security program by identifying coverage gaps across questionnaires/requirements/tooling, proposing fixes, and carrying roadmap items.
  • •Tune and maintain the Claude-powered assessment platform, including prompt development, questionnaire/assessment design, calibration against assessor decisions, and output QA.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience running supplier security assessments end to end, including scoping, inherent risk, reviewing controls and evidence, documenting residual risk, and driving findings to closure.
  • •Working knowledge of risk fundamentals (inherent/residual risk, control effectiveness, compensating controls, risk acceptance) and applying judgment when evidence is incomplete.
  • •Ability to assess vendors across security domains and determine which findings you can close vs. which require a security domain specialist.
  • •Track record of driving risk treatment to closure through influence across teams with competing priorities.
  • •Experience building or tuning an LLM-backed workflow/agent/automation for risk, compliance, or operations, including prompt tuning and accuracy checks of model output.
