Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand cementitious systems from fundamental properties through applied technological aspects.
  • •Learn product development processes, including testing and analysis, from inception through development and scale-up.
  • •Support formulation of cementitious products by acquiring knowledge of cement chemistry and additives chemistry.
  • •Contribute to R&D team efforts aligned with sustainability goals for low-emission, high-efficiency cement-based systems.
  • •Collaborate with the team to maximize departmental output value and ensure R&D delivers on time for target markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally pursuing education in Chemistry or Material Science; suitable engineering backgrounds will also be considered.

  • •Ability to deliver projects to meet targets in a timely manner.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
