  • •Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines and ensure maintenance personnel comply with MSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • •Establish, communicate, and assign maintenance department job responsibilities, goals, and performance standards; evaluate performance and recommend merit increases and promotions.
  • •Review, plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance repair and preventive maintenance activities for the plant.
  • •Investigate and resolve unusual problems in maintenance projects and recommend equipment modifications to plant management.
