Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure accurate and timely reporting using transparent performance metrics to continually improve FM service delivery.
  • •Develop the on-site Future Workplace/Activity based Working and drive a five-year program to rejuvenate working space across the plant.
  • •Manage tactical and operational activities for the Newport environment and represent FMRE at Plant Start of Shift.
  • •Provide empowerment to manage L3 escalations across the site (with L4 escalations handled by the Head of FMRE Business Partner UK).
  • •Support evolution of the Newport site master planning and participate in the FMRE UK Leadership team.
