Develop a strong understanding of HP’s offerings and build client relationships by learning continuously and improving sales communication and techniques. Conduct market research and preliminary lead research, assist with lead generation, and support proposals and presentations. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to advance sales initiatives, respond to customer requests in your specialized area, and provide competitor insights to support market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the organization’s product, service, solution, and software value propositions and competitive advantages.
•Develop and maintain professional client relationships by capturing unique business needs and sharing them with internal teams.
•Assist account managers by promptly responding to customer requests within your specialized area.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing and product development) to support sales initiatives.
•Conduct preliminary lead research and support the creation of proposals and presentations, including competitor research and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Key Requirements

•Four-year degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, or account management.
•Ability to support solution selling and product demonstrations, including communicating product knowledge to clients.
•Experience with sales process activities such as prospecting, outbound calls, and lead qualification.
•Strong customer relationship management skills and professionalism communicating with clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
