Job Summary

Lead Paveway international program execution as lifecycle owner for multiple active contracts, with full P&L accountability. Drive daily program cadence (risk, schedule, performance, decision reviews), maintain contract-compliant documentation, and manage program risk/opportunity processes. Direct a cross-functional team of ~100 to deliver production, integration, and sustainment with internal partners and international customer counterparts, including program reviews, proposal start-up, and travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead P&L, cost, schedule, and technical execution across a consolidated portfolio of international contracts.
•Run daily program cadence (risk review boards, schedule/performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, and PMRs) to meet contract commitments.
•Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required lifecycle documentation and analysis in compliance with contract and RTX policies.
•Support program risk and opportunity processes and maintain contractual performance across financial, technical, and schedule areas.
•Build customer and internal relationships, coordinate product lifecycle reviews, and support contract proposal activities and customer program reviews (including travel).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
•Experience leading as a program manager or functional leader, including demonstrated leadership of large, complex, matrixed teams.
•Experience with factory production of military hardware and delivery to international customers.
•Experience managing, tracking, and reporting metrics through EAC reviews.
•Ability to obtain an active U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) within 1 year of start date.
