Senior Lead Applied AI Scientist

Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-scale AI solutions in a high-accountability environment. Partner with business, product, and engineering leaders to turn opportunities into measurable outcomes through rapid experimentation. Develop advanced ML and generative AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agentic architectures), define evaluation frameworks, and improve reliability, safety, performance, and cost. Deliver scalable solutions using MLOps/LLMOps practices and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
