Real Estate - Asset Management, Associate

Work on post-acquisition real estate asset management transactions, including restructurings/recapitalizations, refinancing, and dispositions, while supporting value enhancement projects such as lease and management negotiations and capital expenditure execution. Serve integral roles on multiple deal teams at once, performing valuation and investment analyses, leading due diligence, interfacing with counterparties and advisors, and building Excel financial models and investor-ready memoranda and presentations.
