Runner (QA)

Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately from the kitchen or bar to customers’ tables. Verify orders against tickets, ensure items are presented correctly, and maintain a clean, well-organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, handle special requests and customer concerns professionally, and support front-of-house operations such as bussing and refilling beverages to ensure a smooth dining experience.
