Own treasury and finance operations, including domestic and international payment processing, banking relationships, and accurate financial reporting. Review payment documents and expenditure classification, record entries in the ERP system, and prepare reconciliations and month-end reports. Manage daily cash positioning, petty cash, fixed deposits, bank guarantees, and vendor payment runs. Drive treasury process automation, support audits, and communicate updates to the onshore team.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments, and treasury reporting and compliance.
•Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting by reviewing documents, classifying expenditures, and recording weekly payment entries in the ERP system.
•Prepare monthly bank/financial reconciliations and month-end closing reports, including bank account summaries.
•Handle vendor and international payment and banking operations, including wire/ACH approvals and required documentation.
•Drive process automation and improvements in treasury operations, support audits, and address operational issues with documented solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 800,000 - 1,000,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in treasury and finance operations.
•Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to review payment documents, contracts, and agreements for payment accuracy.
•Experience classifying expenditures (Expenses vs. Capital) according to accounting policies.
•Proficiency with an ERP system for recording and accounting for payment entries.
•Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
