Job Summary

Join the onsite ancillary sales team at Live Nation’s US concerts, working concert days only during the seasonal schedule from April through October. You’ll greet guests, answer venue questions, communicate and sell venue amenities and specials (parking, seat upgrades, ticket specials, lawn chair rentals), and coordinate setup/breakdown with managers. The role includes cash handling, post-show clean up, and working outdoors in all weather.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and answer venue questions.
•Communicate daily specials and future ticket/seat upgrade offers to guests.
•Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
•Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents.
•Handle money and balance the till at the end of the show, including post-show cleanup.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Pass a pre-employment background check.
•Constant walking/standing and occasional sitting outdoors in all weather conditions, with the ability to lift/carry 25+ pounds.
•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; motivated and able to work independently.
