•Support the design and execution of Alaan’s operating model, including planning cycles, goals tracking, business reviews, and cross-functional governance.
•Drive strategic projects spanning multiple teams, including new tool implementations, initiatives, and process improvements.
•Translate ambiguity into structure by breaking down open-ended business problems into clear recommendations and execution plans.
•Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks to provide leadership visibility into business performance.
•Manage and improve internal operating rhythms (cadences, documentation standards, escalation paths, and decision-making forums) and identify AI automation opportunities.

Key Requirements
