Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and nurture HSBC NR Premier relationships (HNI segment) and manage a USD 0.5M–1M portfolio.
  • •Achieve agreed financial targets by developing existing and new client relationships and increasing wallet share.
  • •Conduct regular portfolio reviews to understand client needs and advise on appropriate products and services.
  • •Manage client relationship management data to keep all client information complete and up to date, and monitor client satisfaction to drive improvements.
  • •Ensure compliance with AML/sanctions, KYC and credit/service standards, including required training and reporting of potential violations or unusual activity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum five years of progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience (or equivalent).
  • •Proven sales results in insurance and investment products, with relationship management experience for high net worth clients.
  • •Strong technical skills in wealth management and sound knowledge of relevant products/services and client relationship management systems.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English and local languages, and hold valid local regulatory/licenses and required accreditations (e.g., AMFI & IRDA).
