Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload and unpack incoming used medical devices; inspect for damage/functionality and document conditions.
  • •Accurately record device details (serial/model/conditions) in the inventory management system (e.g., NetSuite).
  • •Organize, label, and store inventory so devices are easy to locate; monitor stock levels and rotate inventory.
  • •Assist with cleaning, basic testing, and refurbishing of medical devices as required.
  • •Prepare and ship outgoing orders by supporting picking, packing, and shipping, and coordinate with teams; perform inventory counts and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
